House Judiciary Committee Democrats have released a 53-page report alleging President Donald Trump was an “active participant” in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women.

The lawmakers are demanding an independent special counsel to investigate the allegations.

The report consolidates claims from 11 women, including five who accuse Trump of rape or sexual assault during the 1990s in Epstein’s company.

It draws on material released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Beatrice Keul, a former Swiss pageant contestant, told committee staff that Trump raped her at New York’s Plaza Hotel in November 1993.

Democrats also accused Attorney General Todd Blanche of potentially interfering with witnesses during a 2025 interview involving Ghislaine Maxwell. The White House dismissed the report as a political distraction.

Democrats say a House majority would enable them to use subpoenas to expand the investigation, potentially setting the stage for impeachment proceedings next year.
