Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard accused the Obama administration of orchestrating a “treasonous conspiracy” to undermine President Donald Trump during his first term, citing newly released documents.
Speaking on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, Gabbard criticized former special counsels Robert Mueller and John Durham for failing to expose what she called a “yearslong coup.”
Her team published over 100 pages on Friday, claiming they show the Obama White House concluded Russia had not altered 2016 election vote totals — contrary to public narrative. Gabbard argued the documents prove an effort to “manufacture intelligence” to delegitimize Trump’s victory.
Their goal was to usurp President Trump and subvert the will of the American people.

No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The integrity of our democratic republic depends on it.

She called for prosecutions of those involved, saying the plot “subverted the will of the American people.” According to the New York Post, Gabbard urged Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel to pursue indictments regardless of the individuals’ political power or past positions.
