Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian accused the United States and Israel of fueling global instability during a defiant speech at the United Nations on Wednesday.

According to the report, Pezeshkian displayed photographs of children he said were killed by U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran. He also responded to President Donald Trump’s warning that Washington was considering whether to “annihilate” Iran.
Pezeshkian rejected Trump’s characterization of Iran as terrorist, saying Iranians had instead been victims of terrorism, according to a translation of his remarks.
