Sudan’s El Fasher Turns Into A Kill Zone As RSF Massacres Civilians

Hundreds of civilians were reportedly massacred in El Fasher, Sudan, after the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) seized the city. Verified videos show RSF fighters executing unarmed civilians, including patients inside the Saudi Hospital, where over 460 people were killed, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

Satellite images analyzed by Yale’s Humanitarian Research Lab reveal clusters of bodies and blood-stained areas near the hospital and city perimeter.

The RSF has denied the accusations, calling them “fabricated,” though its leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo admitted to “violations” and promised an investigation.

The killings mark one of the bloodiest episodes in Sudan’s two-year civil war between RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces. The UN estimates 120,000 people remain trapped in El Fasher, with aid workers warning of executions, rapes, and kidnappings.

Humanitarian agencies are urging independent probes and immediate accountability for the atrocities.
