Taylor Fresh Foods has recalled more than a dozen products containing jalapeños over concerns about possible Salmonella contamination.
The affected items include salsas and dips distributed across 26 states through major retailers including Walmart, Kroger and Target.
According to the report, Coast Citrus Distributors initiated the recall after identifying a potential contamination source at a farm in Sinaloa, Mexico.
Taylor Farms subsequently removed affected products from store shelves and stopped sourcing from the grower.
The report said refunds are available at the purchase location for products sold through Trader Joe's.
As of Sunday, Taylor Farms said no illnesses had been linked to the recalled products.
The Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating the multistate outbreak. The company is also moving to alternative suppliers.
