President Donald Trump has labeled renewed scrutiny of the Jeffrey Epstein case a “Democrat-perpetrated scam” and dismissed his critics within the Maga movement as “weaklings” doing the Left’s bidding.

In a fiery Truth Social post, Trump lashed out at “past supporters” calling for the release of Epstein-related documents, including a client list. “They haven’t learned their lesson,” he wrote, adding that the so-called Epstein files are a distraction pushed by “fake news” and “success-starved Dems.”

Despite Trump’s frustration, many current allies — including House Speaker Mike Johnson and activist Laura Loomer — have been among the loudest voices demanding transparency.

The president, clearly irritated by the internal backlash, declared, “I don’t want their support anymore!” He dismissed the controversy as “boring stuff” and downplayed Epstein as “somebody that nobody cares about.”

The dispute marks a rare public rift within Trump's Maga base, ahead of a contentious election season.
