President Donald Trump is set to visit Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Tuesday for what the White House described as routine annual dental and medical evaluations.
According to the White House, the visit will include preventive healthcare assessments as well as meetings with service members and hospital staff. The trip was first announced earlier this month.

The report said Trump previously visited Walter Reed in October for what officials called a routine yearly checkup and follow-up evaluation after his April 2025 physical examination. Trump had then described the appointment as a “semi-annual physical.”
CBS News reported that the president also attended a scheduled dental appointment in Florida earlier this month, though the White House has not clarified why annual dental evaluations are part of his regular schedule.
Last July, the White House disclosed that Trump has chronic venous insufficiency, a common vein condition affecting blood flow in the legs. Officials said examinations showed no evidence of more serious illnesses and described the president’s overall health as “excellent.”
