The report said Xiaomi is seeking to accelerate vehicle deliveries after first-half EV sales reached only about one-third of its annual target amid weakening consumer demand in China's slowing economy.

The company's automotive business has become an increasingly important contributor to revenue over the past two years.

The flagship SkyNomad N90 Max features seven seats, a 76-kilowatt-hour battery, a 1.5-liter turbocharged range extender and a 60-liter fuel tank.

Xiaomi describes the vehicle as "a house you can move," highlighting its emphasis on interior space and flexibility.
