Eswatini has received 11 migrants deported by the Trump administration under a third-country agreement, according to the report.
The latest arrivals mark the fourth group transferred to the southern African nation since July 2025 and bring the total number of deportees sent there to 29.
Seventeen of the deportees are currently being held without charge at the high-security Matsapha Correctional Centre.
According to the report, Amnesty International and local civic organizations have criticized the arrangement, arguing that detaining foreign nationals without charge raises legal and human rights concerns.
The report said President Donald Trump has expanded the third-country deportation policy to include migrants from Africa, Asia, and the Americas who cannot be directly returned to their home countries, although some nations have accepted and repatriated deportees shortly after their arrival.
