The machines are equipped with active cooling systems and 360-degree omnidirectional radar, enabling them to perform complex martial arts movements as part of EngineAI's efforts to promote robotics innovation and competitive development.

According to the report, the tournament comes amid growing international debate over the role of advanced robots, following renewed calls by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres for legal safeguards against fully autonomous weapons.

Industry observers said such competitions could help increase public understanding of humanoid robotics, while the tournament's winning team is set to receive a championship belt valued at $1.44 million.
