President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that Russia was preparing for new offensive actions and had gathered “another group of troops near our border”, about 90 kilometres north-west of Kharkiv city.
The Washington DC-based think-tank The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said satellite imagery of the Grayvoron-Borisovka-Proletarskiy area in western Belgorod suggested Russian forces had expanded activities at depots and warehouses in recent weeks, according to MSN.
