The Pentagon has released 41 new documents, images and videos involving unidentified aerial phenomena, including sightings reported in 2026.
According to the Defense Department, the release marks the fifth publication of government UFO records in recent months.
The report said the records span more than seven decades, with some cases dating back to 1950. The latest collection includes accounts involving two U.S. government special agents as well as reports from civilians.
The files originated from several federal agencies, including the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, State Department and Executive Office of the President.
The release follows an executive order from President Donald Trump directing federal agencies to declassify and make public records concerning unidentified aerial phenomena. Defense officials said additional files will be reviewed and released on a rolling basis.
