All The President’s Hidden Men

Did They Subvert the Constitution to Hold Power?

Call us curmudgeons. Or paranoids. Or a bunch of schizos. The drivebys, aka fake news, will play mishkadanz with the glitzy Al-Thani, aka Qatari, jet Biden controversially tapped as a backup Air Force One a year ago.

But here lies the question of the century:

Did Biden’s hidden men subvert the Constitution to cling to power, allow a historic border collapse, and nearly trigger World War III?

Presidential administrations have historically covered up or downplayed the illnesses of U.S. presidents to maintain public confidence and political stability.

FDR's aides hid his polio condition and, later, severe heart disease issues such as congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. Doctors and aides kept the severity of his condition hidden, even from Vice President Harry Truman. When FDR died in office in 1945 from a cerebral hemorrhage, many were shocked by how ill he had been.

Three decades earlier, President Woodrow Wilson suffered a massive stroke in 1919, which paralyzed him for the last 17 months of his presidency, during which time he was practically incapacitated. His wife, Edith Wilson, effectively ran the executive branch, deciding what matters would be brought to his attention. This situation was not publicly disclosed at the time, and the extent of his disability remained secret.

There was no formal mechanism (like the 25th Amendment today) to declare him unfit, so he technically remained president in name only.

We wouldn't have had the 25th Amendment had JFK's life not been abruptly taken away. Soon after JFK's shocking murder, Vice President Lyndon Johnson had to be sworn in as the 36th president on the presidential plane while it was still parked in Dallas. The formalities happened 2 hours and 8 minutes after President John F. Kennedy was shot, with JFK's wife, Jacqueline Kennedy, witnessing the ceremony, still in profound grief. Federal Judge Sarah T. Hughes administered the oath — the only time a woman has ever done so for a U.S. president. As is the custom, the call sign of the flight carrying the new President (and the remains of the deceased President) back to Washington was properly designated as Air Force One.

The truth about JFK's illnesses came out later. The youthful president had Addison's disease, a potentially life-threatening adrenal disorder, which was diagnosed in the 1940s. His doctors withheld his medical records, and his health issues were actively concealed during his political career.

Congress had had enough. When the 25th Amendment was ratified in February 1967, the country had two mechanisms to deal with presidential succession. The voluntary move was when a president informed Congress that they declared themselves temporarily unavailable or unfit to serve, and their duties were transferred to the Vice President as "Acting President." Section 3, Voluntary Transfer of Power, states: "Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House... his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office... such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President..."

An involuntary transfer of power occurs when others around the president decide that the person is no longer fit to serve: "Whenever the Vice President and a majority of the principal officers of the executive departments transmit... that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President."

When the 25th Amendment was passed, most Americans would, at best, catch a glimpse of their president in a short clip on the evening news on major networks. Today, the president's every move is covered and shown on C-SPAN, cable television, and social media, and every action is endlessly debated. It is impossible to hide a president's acuity unless there's a deep and vast conspiracy to conceal information and sugar-coat the president's abilities.

We’ve remarked numerous times that President Biden's actions bordered on senility. He would only call on specific reporters who would throw softball questions. If things became uncomfortable, his aides would stop the exchange with reporters and rush them off. His public comments were often unintelligent and hard to understand, a problem that his aides attributed to his stuttering condition as a child.

When Special Counsel Robert Hur refused to charge Biden in the classified documents case because of his mental condition and inability to recall from memory, then-Congressman Adam Schiff attacked Hur viciously. He wanted Special Counsel Hur to suppress negative information about Biden in a government report: "You could have chosen just a comment on the President's particular recall vis-a-vis a document or a set of documents, but you decided to go further and make a generalized statement about his memory, didn't you?"

Hur: I could have written my report theoretically in a way that omitted references to the President's memory, but that would have been an incomplete and improper report.

With all of the Hur interview tapes of Biden now released, it is astonishingly revealing just how severely impaired Biden's mental faculties were. Yet, numerous aides continued to promote the idea that Biden was hale, healthy, and highly fit for the job. We highlight some comments for how blatantly and deliberately false they were:

Former Press Secretary KJP: Oh my gosh, He's the president. You know, he, I can't even keep up with it.

Former DHS Secretary Mayorkas: The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden is preparing for it because he is sharp, intensely probing, detail-oriented, and focused.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi: Joe Biden has vision, knowledge, and is a strategic thinker.

Former Senate Leader Chuck Schumer: His mental acuity is great. It's fine. It's as good as it's been over the years I've been. He's fine. All this right-wing propaganda that his mental acuity has declined is wrong.

Congressman Dan Goldman: And his experience, because of his age and his wisdom, has been invaluable to this country.

Even Kamala Harris and AOC got in line to sell the illusion. Harris, with a straight face, told ABC News in 2024:

I'll tell you, the reality of it is, and I've spent a lot of time with Biden, be it in the Oval Office, in the Situation Room and other places – he is extraordinarily smart. He has the ability to see around the corner in terms of what might be the challenges we face as a nation or globally.

Not to be outdone, AOC gushed on CNN:

I know who I'm going to choose. It's going to be one of the most successful Presidents in modern American history.

They were talking about a man who can barely finish a sentence without a teleprompter. By taking part in the most brazen political cover-up in modern American history, both Harris and AOC have disqualified themselves from ever holding the presidency.

Jake Tapper's new book indicates that Biden's mental acuity began to decline as early as 2017. Yet, the Democratic Party power brokers anointed Biden as the 2020 nominee and engineered an election outcome in which Biden won 17 million more votes than President Obama and 81 million votes overall, more than any candidate in United States history. The Democrats then conspired to keep him in power in name only, as they went about implementing every wish list item that the Left has been salivating about: unbridled illegal immigration to change America's fabric, trillions of dollars in deficit spending for pet DEI and environmental projects, and an "as-long-as-it-takes" war that has permanently altered Europe.

The world's oldest and wealthiest democracy ran for four years without a president, and we still do not know who was in charge. But it is clear now that these individuals violated several federal laws and must be held criminally accountable.

Unelected aides exercising presidential powers without proper delegation violated the Appointments Clause (Article II, Section 2). They also violated the 25th Amendment, Section 4, for not informing Congress that the presidency was in peril. When former AG Merrick Garland and others testified to Congress that Biden was sharp, they violated 18 U.S. Code § 1001 by making false statements to federal officials. Officials also conspired to defraud the United States (18 U.S. Code § 371) by obstructing lawful government functions.

The American people deserve to know who was truly in charge and why the safeguards meant to protect our republic were ignored. If power was exercised unlawfully, accountability must follow.
